Hello, from your Local Certified Home Inspector! I’m Alfio Cocco, and it is an honor to meet you.

I’m a licensed, insured, bilingual and a Certified Home Inspector based out of Dallas, Texas, and proudly serving the Dallas / Fort Worth Area. I was born and raised in Mexico City, as a child I moved to Arizona where I attended school, becoming fluent in English, in addition to being natively fluent in Spanish. I started working in the construction field since 1998, where I have always both enjoyed and excelled in the industry. Initially working as a laborer, I worked my way up until I became a licensed contractor, and eventually opened my own contracting company, expanding my expertise and practical knowledge every step of the way. Therefore, becoming a Certified Home Inspector was the next logical step for me, in order to use all of the knowledge acquired through a 20+ year career, so I became licensed and founded Cocco Inspection Company LLC.

I have dedicated my career to building relationships with customers and agents, and becoming proficient in the construction industry; as a result, I have developed a keen eye for Home Inspecting.
